Melanie Jones

Operations Support Manager

Melanie graduated with an AAS degree in Travel and Hospitality from Minneapolis Business College. After the collapse of the travel industry post 9/11 made it difficult to find stable work in that industry, she went on to hold a variety of different administrative positions with both for-profit and government organizations in which she honed her skills in office administration, customer service, accounting and finance.
 
Melanie joined Status Plus in 2016. Since joining the Status Plus team, Melanie has been instrumental in implementing processes, procedures and upgrades to the company’s administrative, finance, membership, and meeting registration systems. She started as Operations Support Specialist and recently transitioned to Operations Support Manager. In her role, she oversees membership, registration, and all other organizational processes for all existing US-based clients and is highly involved with onboarding new clients.
 
Melanie resides in the Twin Cities with her husband, son and their dog.
