Jessica Baynon
Association Manager
Jessica joined the Status Plus team in June of 2024 as an Association Manager. She brings a culmination of problem solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills from her time as a nonprofit operations manager and enjoys building relationships with her coworkers and clients.
Jessica has over a decade of nonprofit management experience and holds a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Lynn University. She has supported several prominent organizations, including Save the Chimps sanctuary in Florida and the Enoch Pratt Free Library system in Maryland. Her career started in administrative support roles and developed into organizational management once she developed a passion for operations and leadership.
Jessica recently relocated to the Minneapolis area from Baltimore, Maryland, and is originally from Florida. She lives with her partner, Andrew, and her dog, Carver. She loves hiking, camping, and kayaking and will take any opportunity to travel. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, advocating for animal rights, and exploring new restaurants.
